Minirou Contest entry

so this is my entry for this cool thing - Bubblegum's new outfit (OC design contest)
i wanted to test out some new brushes i got and i really like it
shes a super cute oc of Minirou named bubblegum
when i was thinking about what type of outfit for her i kinda just thought of changing up her old outfit
but with a twist
this really helped me get out of an artists block so thank you so much!!
